The Eccotemp FVI12 Indoor Liquid Propane Tankless Water Heater is one of the most advanced indoor models of the Eccotemp tankless line. Rated at 4.0 GPM with a temperature rise of 38 degrees and 74,500 BTU per hour, the Eccotemp FVI12-LP can meet your hot-water needs! Eccotemp’s advanced 0.7 GPM low flow ignition technology allows users to enjoy endless hot water without experiencing cold spots. Manual temperature controls allow the temperature to be set and regulated at the front control panel, and not your sink or shower.
We recommend the Eccotemp FVI12-LP for smaller single-family homes, apartments, condos, or cabins. Using 1-2 hot water applications simultaneously is a breeze with the Eccotemp FVI12-LP. With our upgraded PCB (Product Control Board) performance and an all-new gas modulating valve, consumers can experience best-in-class temperature performance with a price anyone can afford.
The compact, wall-mounted Eccotemp FVI12-LP has a 110/120-volt UL listed power cord that powers the internal Exhaust Fan, Digital Display and PCB.
The Eccotemp FVI12 has been tested for use at elevations up to 2000 feet. Installation and use of the Eccotemp FVI12 above 2000 feet may affect overall product efficiency and performance. Installation and use of the Eccotemp FVI12 above 5000 feet is not recommended.

I purchased this water heater for my cabin in hopes that it would give me hotter water as I already purchased and installed the L7 which at sea level worked very well but my cabin sits at just over 3000 feet and it would barely reach a luke warm shower. The FVI12 water heater at my cabin produces scalding hot water now and I could not be more pleased. Note: I also installed a Seaflo 42 series 12V 3.0 GPM 55 PSI water pump. They say to regulate the temperature at the water heater as turning on the cold water will reduce the water flow pressure and the water heater will turn off. Not the case with my set up. I can adjust the temperature with the cold water and I can get the desired temperature without it shutting off. Oh and I am on solar and use an inverter to get my 120volts I would highly recommend this heater.
