Delivering an impressive 6.8 GPM at a 38-degree temperature rise and 140,000 BTU per hour, the Eccotemp 45HI-NG meets all your hot water needs seamlessly. Featuring advanced 0.7 GPM low flow ignition technology, this tankless water heater ensures continuous hot water without any cold spots.
The Eccotemp 45HI-NG is perfect for standard-size single-family homes, apartments, condos, cabins, and smaller commercial applications. It effortlessly supports 3-4 hot water applications simultaneously, such as taking a shower while running two sinks. Equipped with an upgraded PCB (Product Control Board) and a new gas modulating valve, this propane tankless water heater offers top-notch temperature performance at an affordable price.
Compact and wall-mounted, the Eccotemp 45HI-NG features a 110/120-volt UL listed power cord that powers the internal exhaust fan, anti-freeze protection, digital display, and PCB. Its fully automated control system uses only about 12 amps during operation, ensuring low energy consumption and high efficiency.
The Eccotemp 45Hi is CSA tested and approved for use in Canada and the US at elevations up to 2000 feet. Please note that installation and use above 2000 feet may affect efficiency and performance.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Not suitable for hydronic systems, recirculating, or floor heating.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Cannot be used for HYDRONIC SYSTEMS, RECIRCULATING, or FLOOR HEATING.
Please Note: Failure to clean and descale your water heater quarterly can result in lime and sediment build up within the heater, which can void your warranty!
