The Eccotemp i12 Indoor Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater is one of the most advanced indoor models of the Eccotemp tankless line. The included Eccotemp 3” category III, stainless steel, UL listed Horizontal Vent Kit makes installation a breeze. Additional venting may be required based on your installation. The Eccotemp 3” Horizontal Vent Kit Includes a termination hood with backflow preventer, 90-degree elbow, wall thimble, 12” straight pipe and appliance adapter.

Rated at an impressive 4.0 GPM with a temperature rise of 38 degrees and 80,000 BTU per hour, the Eccotemp i12-NG can meet all your hot-water needs! Eccotemp’s advanced 0.7 GPM low flow ignition technology allows users to enjoy endless hot water without experiencing cold spots.

We recommend the Eccotemp i12-NG for smaller sized single-family homes, apartments, condos, and cabins as well as small commercial applications. Using 1-2 hot water applications simultaneously is a breeze with the Eccotemp i12-NG. With our upgraded PCB (Product Control Board) performance and an all new gas modulating valve, consumers can experience best in class temperature performance with a price anyone can afford.

The compact, wall mounted Eccotemp i12-NG has a 110/120-volt UL listed power cord that powers the internal Exhaust Fan, Digital Display and PCB. With its fully automated control system, the Eccotemp i12-NG only pulls about .5 amps during operation, making it an ideal for low energy consumption and efficiency.

The Eccotemp i12 has been tested at elevations up to 2000 feet. Installation and use of the Eccotemp i12 above 2000 feet may affect overall product efficiency and performance. Installation and use of the Eccotemp i12 above 5000 feet is not recommended.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Cannot be used for HYDRONIC SYSTEMS, RECIRCULATING, or FLOOR HEATING.
