All purchases valued at $75 or above will be shipped with SIGNATURE REQUIRED due to high amounts of theft. If you wish to remove the SIGNATURE REQUIRED from your shipment please contact Customer Service. Please Note: By opting out of SIGNATURE REQUIRED, you release Eccotemp from all liability of lost or stolen packages. If an item is refused or not deliverable the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee of the purchased price.
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.
Free ground shipping is available for orders over $149 within Quebec and Ontario. Shipping can take up to 14 days, although most orders are shipped within 1 business day. We offer upgraded shipping options. If you selected expedited shipping at checkout this does not guarantee your order will ship the same day. Holidays & weekends will cause your order to ship the next business day. Orders placed after 1 pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the following business day. All expedited shipping is at the mercy of the chosen carrier and method. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control. Please be aware that estimated delivery dates for back-ordered items are subject to change. In the event an add-on item within your order is not available due to stock constraints, we will reserve your entire order and dispatch it as a complete shipment once all items become available. This policy ensures that your order is delivered in its entirety without partial shipments.
Return Policy
We have a “No Questions Asked” returns policy on opened unused goods for 60 days. All unopened, unused goods may be returned up to 90 Days. Products returned used or installed will have a restocking fee of 15%. No refunds will be given for used items if returned after 30 days. All returns must be in original packaging with all parts and accessories to be eligible for a refund. Goods returned that are damaged will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Eccotemp offers pre-paid return labels for $12.99 on all orders purchased on ca.eccotemp.com for the following territories/areas: Ontario & Quebec. Which will be deducted from your refund within 30 days.
All other territories must pay for the shipping back to our warehouse.
All returns need an RGA number. Returns made without an RGA (Returns Good Number) number will not be accepted nor refunded.
Open Box and Scratch & Dent items must be tested within 7 days of receiving them. Not doing so, will make you ineligible for claims such as; Defective, Damaged/Broken, It doesn’t work, or other general defective claims. Final Sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds
Returning a partial order will result in a reduced refund, subtracting the current full retail cost of the item you chose to keep.
Partial returns for BOGO (Buy One Get One) sales are prohibited. All items must be returned to be considered for refund. Items damaged during shipping must be reported immediately by calling 1-866-356-1992,
Product Support Products believed to be defective must be reported with 30 days. Eccotemp will support its products for the lifetime of the product. When contacting Eccotemp we will need to gather information such as pictures, serial numbers, & proof of purchase in order to assist with troubleshooting. In certain situations we offer appointment based support for your convenience. This allows us to dedicate our time to the individual being helped.
