Gas/Water valve assembly
Replaced very quickly. Unit back in service. Problem with the old one was the diaphragm. Wish I could purchase just that and then I would have a spare.
Fixed my issues
Was experiencing low water flow issues. After ruling out the other causes, it was determined that the diaphragm contained within this unit was likely punctured from pulling in debris over the past 4 years of use (I pull from a lake). Replacing this unit was easy and the unit runs like new again.

The hubby took out the old part and put the new one in in no time flat.. works great.....Also it got here much quicker than I expected.
