The Eccotemp i12-LP is perfect for smaller single-family homes, apartments, condos, cabins, and small commercial applications. It can easily handle 1-2 hot water applications simultaneously. Thanks to the upgraded Product Control Board (PCB) and a new gas modulating valve, you can enjoy superior temperature performance at an affordable price.
This compact, wall-mounted tankless water boiler features a 110/120-volt UL listed power cord that powers the internal exhaust fan, digital display, and PCB. With a fully automated control system, the Eccotemp i12-LP only consumes about 12 amps during operation, making it highly efficient and ideal for low energy consumption.
The Eccotemp i12 has been tested for use at elevations up to 2000 feet. Usage above 2000 feet may impact the product’s efficiency and performance.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This product is not suitable for HYDRONIC SYSTEMS, RECIRCULATING, or FLOOR HEATING.
