Heater is easy to install, and works great! I've purchased 4-5 of these now to help various family members and friends with cabins in remote locations. Great unit!

I’m giving this water heater 5 stars as I’ve have had great success for the applications I’ve used them for, however, having it sent to remote areas is downright frustrating, especially to replace a new one that wasn’t functioning properly. Multiple response delays from Eccotemp equated to 2 months of waiting, including for it to arrive. Based solely on customer service, I would give this product 2 or 3 stars (one person helped me there immensely, but it still took too long. It’s not his fault: Eccotemp needs to change their procedures). Don’t bring it up yourself to a remote area unless you know for sure it’s working properly, otherwise, it’ll be the biggest pain in the ass ever.

We've used this heater for an outdoor camp shower for a few years now (replacing a Bosch 330PN that is no longer made) and it's been fantastic. Reliable and easy to plumb, works on the moderate pressure we have coming from the creek. Just bought a couple more for another cabin and camp.
