Worked well to descale 30 year old Open Loop, Ground Sourced Heat pump evaporator(s). Used in 1:1 ratio. Circulated for 1 hour, let sit for 1 hour, and circulated in opposite direction for 1 hour. Flushed thoroughly. YMMV. Buying in bulk is a no-brainer, given that 32 ounces cost C$29.95 and 1 gal (128 ounces) cost C$34.95. 2, 4 or 6 pack deal is even better.
