The Eccotemp FVI12 Indoor Liquid Propane Tankless Water Heater is designed to provide high-efficiency performance with a flow rate of 4.0 GPM and a temperature rise of 38 degrees. Rated at 74,500 BTU per hour, it is ideal for fulfilling your hot water needs. The manual temperature controls allow for easy adjustment via the front control panel, ensuring optimal heat regulation directly from the water heater instead of at the sink or shower. This model is pressure activated and is not recommended for use with well water systems, submerged pumps, or bilge pumps. For areas without a municipal water supply, a 55-psi diaphragm pump is recommended for proper functionality.
The Eccotemp FVI12-LP is perfect for smaller single-family homes, apartments, condos, or cabins. It can efficiently handle 1-2 hot water applications simultaneously, making it easy to use a shower and sink at the same time. The upgraded Product Control Board (PCB) and new gas modulating valve ensure superior temperature performance at an affordable price.
This compact, wall-mounted model comes with a 110/120-volt UL listed power cord that powers the internal exhaust fan, digital display, and PCB.
The Eccotemp FVI12 has been tested for use at elevations up to 2000 feet. Using the model above this elevation may affect overall efficiency and performance.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This product is not suitable for hydronic systems, recirculating systems, or floor heating.
